"I like Snake Eyes. Easy dialog. Timber, too. Duke was my least favorite character of all. He's lower on the rungs than Raptor." Larry Hama
Continue the Mission!

As many of our frequent and not-so-frequent readers may have noticed, ArashikageClan.com seems to have gone into a dormant stage for the last few months. While I believe that was originally unintentional, the lack of motion of an object can help create apathy, and goals can quickly become things of the past. For that very reason, we are shaking up things here and going forward with the original intentions of this website by handing over the controling "reigns" to someone more active and aggressive.

For those of you who enjoyed Devil's Due's Snake Eyes: Declassified, you might remember the very last page of the series, which showed Snake Eyes donning the iconic black uniform as he was existing his hospital bed and the words at the bottom of the page read "Continue the Mission". Of course, this line orignally came from Larry Hama and Marvel, as it has been Snake Eye's personal rallying cry when injured in the mission. We decided to choose this iconic line as the tagline for our renewed efforts here on the website.

So stay tuned for the exciting "new" ArashikageClan.com, or we will send out a ninja to kill your internet!

Marlon Wayans brings Racism to GI Joe

movie logo

During a recent interview with BET.com (Black Entertainment Television), actor Marlon Wayans was asked about his role in the upcoming GI Joe: Rise of Cobra movie. Instead of being the normal line of drivel that actors give these days, Marlon decided to bring racism into the movie. The "white/black" card was basically the entire premise for his statement, and we believe that Marlon is finding new ways besides his crappy acting to help bring down the new live-action film.
